Beautiful views with great amenities

So far everyone has been lovely to deal with, and we have already enjoyed the views from the rooftop deck and the coffee/tea in the lounge.

Good commuter building

Stratus is a good building for commuters that want to be close to the city. It’s definitely overpriced for the quality if the apartments.

good commuter location

Great building to live in if you want to be close to metro north and have easy access to the city. Good amenities, very nice staff. I do think it is priced way too high. The garbage room floods whenever there is rain, and one of the elevators was down for about 2 months.

Comfortable community living

I have lived here for about 4 years and the building has been a safe space for us. We have met some great friends and the building is in a great location with nice amenities. The staff is always friendly and responsive to requests.

Great experience!

We have loved it here for 3 years and it has been a great experience. The location next to the MTA is perfect and it is easy to get to many locations from here. We have a great view of the Hudson, a parking garage, and great amenities here. Management and the staff are great and attentive. We would recommend living here for many reasons!
